I was approached by two business partners with a shared vision of bringing authentic New York bagels, amazing coffee, and a fresh brunch concept to Houston’s Heights neighborhood. The brand was inspired by the typographic script in the 1970s movie 'Fame'. Vintage and fun, but with a modern twist.
Served as singles, with spread, or by the dozen.
